The room was spacious, but the carpets were dirty and needed a deep clean.

Beautiful atrium with waterfall, Quality happy hour experience, Relaxing outdoor space
The hotel is stuck in a time warp!!! Rooms need a serious facelift, and don't get me started on the outdated appliances and insufficient parking space that reeks of poor management choices!!!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful pool area and the spacious suite that was perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of delicious options that made for a great start to our day.
My children wanted a bit more variety in activities for kids during our stay.

Unexpected service brightens stay
The staff went above and beyond to help with our early check-in and offered extra snacks for the kids, making us feel welcomed and cared for.
Unfortunately, the outdated decor and minor maintenance issues made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay.

I loved the pool area. it had a beautiful view that was perfect for relaxing. The staff members were really welcoming, especially Kathleen at the front desk who made us feel at home. The complementary drink tickets added a nice touch to our arrival. The breakfast had a big variety but got pretty chaotic during peak hours. The egg station was confusing with people waiting in different spots. My room's bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, making it hard to get in and out. Also, the balcony door chain lock was broken. I didn’t feel secure knowing that could be a hazard with small kids around. Though the location close to the cruise terminal was excellent, the hotel itself seemed a bit dated and in need of maintenance. Stained carpets and some old furniture didn’t help the experience. I definitely enjoyed the beautiful lobby, but I think some parts need a refresh to match the hotel’s location and prices. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few aspects needing attention.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the fantastic breakfast and the welcoming front desk staff, who made check-in a breeze. However, the bathroom door in my room had issues opening, and the pool was closed during my visit, which was inconvenient. Despite these setbacks, it’s a great spot for families.

Had an awesome time with friends! The scenery was beautiful, and we loved the outdoor pool area. We visited some local bars and shopping spots nearby, making it super convenient. Just a heads-up, some amenities could use a refresh, but overall, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy some fun!
We had a bit of a rough time with the noise levels at night. You can hear traffic and loud music from nearby places, which made it hard to sleep. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.

Great location and fun happy hour
I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the convenient location near shopping and dining options. The complimentary happy hour with snacks and drinks was a highlight, making it a fun way to unwind after a day of exploring. The free breakfast also offered a nice variety, including made-to-order omelets. However, the room felt a bit outdated, and a little sprucing up would enhance the overall experience.
